VFS Global in Türkiye: Countries, Fees and Process

VFS handles applications for France, the Netherlands and Greece among others; the consulate decides.[1][2][3] Netherlands: €26 service fee, apply up to 6 months ahead, 15 days average processing (max 45), biometrics valid 59 months.[4]
