Greece Visa Required Documents from Türkiye (2026)

Turkish ordinary-passport holders need a Schengen visa for Greece, even for airport transit.[1] The VFS common checklist asks for a passport under 10 years old, 2 biometric photos, e-Devlet civil registry and residence extracts, passport protocol, a personal letter stating the purpose, €30,000 insurance and a 3-month bank statement.[2] Some islands offer a visa-on-arrival scheme that is not a Schengen visa.[1]
