How to Fill in the Schengen Visa Application Form (Türkiye)

The form is common to all Schengen states.[1] For the Netherlands, VFS notes only online forms receive a unique code.[2] Apply to the main destination country.[3] Keep dates and costs consistent with bookings and letters; doubts about reliability are a standard refusal ground.[4]
