Privacy Notice (KVKK and GDPR)

Summary: Vizelen collects, stores and shares no personal data. There are no accounts, forms, mailing lists, cookies or trackers.

The operator is established in Germany. Because this site processes no personal data, no processing activity takes place under the GDPR or Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data collected

None. No form asks for a name, e-mail, phone, passport or ID number; waiting-time reports and e-mail reminders are currently disabled.

Checklist ticks and Personal Visa File answers are stored only in your own browser’s localStorage and are never sent to us or any server. Clear your browser data to delete them. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you request (TDDDG § 25(2)).

3. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted statically on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver pages and block attacks, Cloudflare may briefly process technical connection data such as IP addresses. We do not access these logs or link them to individuals.

4. Cookies and analytics

No cookies, no advertising or tracking tools. If we measure visits, we use only cookieless analytics that do not identify or track people across sites (Cloudflare Web Analytics), so no consent banner is needed.

5. Payments

The Personal Visa File is not on sale yet. Before payments go live, this notice will be updated with the payment provider and the data it processes.

6. Contact and your rights
